A judge has determined that a video intended to clear four men of rape allegations against a Louisiana State University student instead confirms that a crime occurred.
The suspects, Kaivon Deondre Washington, Everette Lee, and Casen Carver, along with an unnamed 17-year-old, have been charged with the rape of Madison Brooks, who was later killed in a car accident.

Brooks, a 19-year-old Alpha Phi sorority sister, was allegedly assaulted after meeting the men at a bar in Baton Rouge.
She was then dropped off along a road where she was struck by a car and fatally injured.
