Republican congresswoman Lauren Boebert issued a new apology after being removed from a Denver theater for disruptive behavior, including vaping, disturbing other patrons, and engaging in inappropriate conduct with her date during a family-friendly musical performance of Beetlejuice on September 10th.
CCTV footage showed Boebert and her companion fondling each other, taking flash photos, and vaping during the show.
Security ejected them from the theater, and Boebert appeared to gesture offensively towards staff.
In a subsequent interview, she admitted to being "overtly animated."
In her Facebook statement, Boebert expressed regret for her actions, citing personal challenges and seeking to regain public trust.
