Zanele Sifuba's alleged private video has surfaced online.
It was being shared on social media platforms such as Twitter.
Apparently, a Nigerian national leaked the clip in an extortion attempt, after the politician refused to pay R300,000.
In a statement, the ANC Women's League condemned the sharing of the video.
