Uvalde school shooting surveillance video has been released.
KVUE and its news partners at the Austin American-Statesman obtained exclusive footage from inside Robb Elementary School on the day of the shooting.
The video shows that several officers were inside the building with rifles and at least one ballistic shield, 19 minutes after the gunman showed up.
For nearly another hour, they did not enter the classroom where the shooter was.
