On May 1, 2018, Polly Rogers died after falling from a party bus window.
She was a 20-year-old sophomore at University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Rogers fell out of an emergency window of a Charlotte Party Charters bus, landed in the center lane of the road, and was struck by two vehicles.
