In December 2021, Carey Birmingham fatally shot his wife, Patricia Birmingham, outside their Spring home after a heated 30-minute argument.
He ominously told her, "Alright, goodbye. You’re (going to) meet Jesus," before pulling the trigger.
The argument was fueled by Carey's discovery of Patricia's alleged affair, escalating to a violent confrontation captured on video.
Despite the compelling evidence, Carey Birmingham received a relatively lenient sentence of ten years in prison for the killing.
