A s** video involving Sarasota School Board member Bridget Ziegler and an unidentified woman has been found by police during an investigation into a rape allegation against Bridget's husband, Christian Ziegler.
The video was obtained through a search warrant executed on Christian Ziegler's cell phone and Google account in November as part of the ongoing criminal investigation.
In response to a public record request for the video, the Sarasota Police Department claimed it was exempt from disclosure due to the ongoing investigation.
Christian Ziegler admitted to recording the incident that led to the rape allegation, with police recovering that video as well, according to an affidavit filed by Sarasota police Det. Angela Cox.
