In recent reports, a video surfaced featuring Markitos Toys, whose real name is Marcos Eduardo Castro, seemingly in tears following his association with two members of the Sinaloa drug cartel.
In the clip, the 24-year-old influencer admitted to his close friendship with the notorious cartel assassin El Nini but vehemently denied any involvement in the criminal activities of the organization.
