In Carranglan, Nueva Ecija, a man and a woman were fatally shot inside a southbound Victory Liner bus on November 15.
The assailants, two masked men who had been sitting at the back of the bus, targeted the victims as the bus passed through Barangay Minuli.
The victims, both wearing face masks and asleep in the front passenger seat conductor's side, were shot in the head and neck and died instantly.

The gunmen, also wearing face masks, forced the bus driver to stop, disembarked near a river along Maharlika Highway, and fled.
The incident was captured on the bus' dashcam and has since gained widespread attention.
