She shared her side of the story on Bethenny Frankel's podcast, explaining that she was on a FaceTime call with Sandoval while in New York, unaware that he was recording.
Sandoval's then-girlfriend, Ariana Madix, discovered the video on his phone that night and confronted Leviss.
Feeling pressured and scared of a potential leak, Leviss confessed to the affair.
She also revealed that others have claimed to have seen the video, while Sandoval's representative did not respond to comments.
