On October 31, 2006, Nikki Catsouras died aged 18 in a high speed car crash after losing control of her father's Porsche 911 Carrera and colliding with a toll booth in Lake Forest, California.
Since then, photos from the tragic accident began circulating online.
The Catsouras family has filed a lawsuit against the California Highway Patrol for leaking the pictures from Nikki's accident.
They were awarded $2.37 million in damages.
