A roughly 30-second video was posted to an Instagram account believed to belong to Nasir Scott.
The clip may have shown the aftermath of the murder-suicide in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
18-year-old Scott shot and killed her girlfriend Tatiana Haywood.
He was also pronounced dead at the hospital with an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.
