In 2005, Kenneth Pinyan, James Michael Tait, and other unidentified men distributed zoophilic pornography of Pinyan receiving anal s** from a horse under the alias Mr. Hands.
On one such occasion, Pinyan received fatal internal injuries.

The story was published in The Seattle Times and was one of the paper's most read articles in 2005.
Following Pinyan's death, the Washington State Legislature enacted a law prohibiting both s** with animals and videotaping such acts.
