Ten victims were killed in a recent mass shooting in Monterey Park, California.
The shooting happened as the community celebrated Lunar New Year, which is a very important time for Asian Americans.
The suspect was identified as 72-year-old Huu Can Tran.
He was found dead inside a white cargo van following a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
