A charge sheet was filed by the police against Poonam Pandey and estranged husband Sam Ahmad Bombay over an alleged n**e video shoot at the Chapoli dam in Canacona two years ago.
According to the police, the clip went viral on social media and caused annoyance to several people.
Pandey is a 31-year-old Indian model and actress.
In 2013, she made her Bollywood debut with the film Nasha.
