Controlling Britney Spears is a new documentary by The New York Times.
It is a follow-up to February's Framing Britney Spears.
It reveals the existence of an extensive surveillance apparatus that tracked every move the pop star made, including secretly recorded audio recordings from her bedroom.
Controlling Britney Spears premiered on FX and Hulu on September 24, 2021.
